SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY 


We stand behind everything we sell.

Our goal is to have your order delivered within 4-8 days (remote locations may take longer).

To ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to you we ship with Canada Post & DHL. If your parcel won’t fit in your mailbox, and there is no one at home to receive the parcel, Canada Post will leave a notice card with details on how to collect your order at your local post office. DHL requires a signature upon delivery; If they are unable to obtain one, they will leave a notice card with instructions of how to pick-up your package at your local DHL depot.

Note: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.

Please return your unused/unworn or manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (minus the shipping charge).

Print to receive an authorization number or complete the return form and return the merchandise within 30 days.

INSIDE DELIVERY

Please specify if you need inside delivery when placing your order. There may be a charge when using a truck line.
